At Ghunexarthrexxon, we take pride in the quality of our handmade gift products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as straightforward as possible.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to consumer guarantees when you purchase goods. If a product has a major failure (for example, it is significantly different from its description, is unsafe, or has a defect that would have stopped you from buying it), you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation. For minor failures, we may offer to repair the product. These statutory rights cannot be excluded by our policy and apply in addition to any voluntary returns we offer. Our policy below describes our voluntary returns process for change-of-mind and other situations.
Eligibility for Returns (Voluntary Policy)
You may request a return or exchange for handmade gift products purchased through ghunexarthrexxon.world under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
- The product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging
- You provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made items, such as engraved leather journals or embossed keepsakes
- Candles or scented products that have been opened or used
- Items that have been altered or damaged after delivery
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our team at cooperation@ghunexarthrexxon.world with your order details and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within two business days
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange
Refunds
Approved refunds for voluntary returns will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns unless the return is due to a defect, error, or major failure on our part, in which case we will refund any reasonable costs incurred by you as required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please indicate your preference when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item differs in price, we will adjust the charge accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your handmade gift product arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
